We will be working closely with Eltham Hill School, staff and pupils on various different projects, providing them with help and support over the next three years. We pride ourselves in giving back to our local community, and would openly welcome any students of Eltham Hill School to volunteer in our activities planned for the upcoming volunteering week in June.

Nora wrote to our Chairman, Terry Carrigan to express her gratitude to our company.
Nora wrote: ‘I thank RCS for recognising my hard work and dedication to the company…I have enjoyed working for RCS, they have been good to me.’
Nora cleaned the first floor of Marble Arch Tower for 8 years, which included general office and specialist cleaning tasks.
In 2011, Nora moved to the second floor of the building where she has to ensure she has cleaned the offices before the staff arrive at 7.30am. Nora’s dedication enables our company to continue to grow on referral and recommendation.
We share Nora’s wish that she ‘continues to work for RCS for many years to come’. At RCS we value our employees and recognise that when our employees are successful, RCS is successful.

Our Learning and Development Director, Gemma Bowers, said: “The work the Trust does is just fantastic and we are proud to be able to support them as a Patron. We look forward to continue working with everyone at the Trust in 2014.”
Carl Krauhaus, Disability and Mental Health Officer at the Trust, added, “RCS have been a great addition to our disability and mental health programme and we can’t thank them enough for their continued support and fundraising attempts. The Upbeats is completely run on donations, there is no official funding attached to the programme, but with the support from the likes of RCS, along with Charlton Life and others, we have been able to continue running the project.”

Pauline and Zoe spent time with the Upbeats playing games, dancing, opening presents and getting to know them and their relatives. To the delight of the Upbeats, Charlton players came to visit them as did Charlton Athletic’s mascot, Floyd. Pauline and Zoe had a lovely surprise when they were presented with a framed shirt signed by the Upbeats to thank RCS for all of their support. The Upbeats clearly had a great day as Charlton Athletic struggled to get them off their pitch during halftime!
Pauline said: ‘Meeting the Upbeats and their relatives enabled me to gain an understanding of how this community project adds value to the lives of those involved. Spending some time with the Upbeats was truly enlightening and I am looking forward to seeing them train in the New Year.’
Zoe said: ‘Spending time with the Upbeats was a fantastic experience. They were so much fun and I am so happy that I was able to get to know them individually. They are all so happy and have so much character, it was a pleasure to spend my afternoon with them.’

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee who would Work across all departments i.e. Operations, HR, Learning and Development, Marketing, Administration, Business Development, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Finance.
Ben Swinbourne was our first recruit via the scheme and has been working with RCS since February 2013.
Ben told us: “Since becoming part of the team at Regular Cleaning Services, the tailored training programme has helped develop my industry skills and business knowledge, whilst spending time in all departments. The diverse range of projects and fantastic support from everyone has allowed me to settle in to the company really well and I am proud to be part of the first ever Graduate Management Scheme at RCS.”
