We will be working with the IoCS to further develop our Customer Service in order to sustain a high level of service at all times. The IoCS will carry out a survey with all of our employees and clients, in order to build a framework, which will ensure our employees have the tools in place to provide a high level of service in all areas of our business.

We aim to continue to provide strong customer and employee satisfaction.

The participants started at Charlton Athletic’s training ground and completed their walk at The Valley. The walk was led by Charlton legends, Richard Rufus, Carl Leaburn, Simon Webster and Bob Bolder.

Once at the ground the Upbeats played and won against Fulham Badgers and QPR Tigers (respective Down’s syndrome football teams) at The Valley.

We showed our support by raising money for The Upbeats by wearing extravagant socks around our Head Office on Friday 20th March.

• Our Operations Managers, James Reeds and Frank Coles, who have worked very hard to successfully complete their ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 5 accreditation.

• Our HSQE Director, Gary Williamson, who has been awarded with the Cleaning Industry Management Standard I.C.E (Industry Certification Expert) certificate. With Gary now being I.C.E qualified he can assist our clients in preparing for CIMS certification to obtain Green Building accreditations.

• Our Cleaning Operatives who have successfully taken part in a QCF Level 2 in Cleaning and Support Services qualification over the past year.

The event, which is held at The Valley, allows for all members of ‘The Upbeats’ and their families to get together. Everyone spent their time dancing, eating, meeting Santa and opening presents. After the party ‘The Upbeats’ and their families got to watch Charlton Athletic play. CACT organised another successful event, which was enjoyed by all.
