Introducing Our Client Portal

Our Client Portal operates and reports in ‘real-time’ and includes the following capabilities:

  • Access to information on an agreed property or portfolio level
  • Access to the Help Desk to log Service Requests, review progress and actions
  • Access to Contractual Information, Specifications, Quality Audits, Compliance Certification, Risk Assessments and Method Statements and Schedules for Planned Works
  • Training Records
  • Financial information, including outstanding invoices

Additional reporting is also accessible, including but not limited to:

  • KPI report
  • Time and Attendance report
